At B Care Shop, we want you to be confident in every order of herbs, seeds, herbal medicines and daily life accessories you place with us. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can return a product or request a refund.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
2. Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, an item must be:
- Unopened, unused and in its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it, with seals and labels intact
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Opened herbal medicines, capsules or tablets
- Opened herbs, seeds or powders sold by weight
- Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost to you.
5. How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp or the Contact Us page with your order number
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, back to your original payment method for card or bank transfer orders, or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange an eligible item for a different size or product of equal value. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
