Orders can be placed through our website and paid for via Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or credit / debit card. An order is confirmed once payment is received (for prepaid orders) or once we verify the order details with you (for Cash on Delivery).
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
